Nitty Gritty Cancelation Policy
I understand that occasionally life happens and appointments must be rescheduled or canceled. Therefore please give me at least 24 hour advance notice to cancel your scheduled appointment, I will be happy to reschedule you. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee, which is $25. You can avoid the $25 cancelation fee by finding someone to take & keep your scheduled appointment..
No-shows
Anyone who does not cancel, and misses their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” The no show fee, will be charged for their “missed” appointment in full. If paying with a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be redeemed for value of scheduled appointment, if difference in cost of service, this is to be paid by client.
